Schools

Made Together Music works with schools to bring hands-on music creation directly into the classroom, music department or wider school community. Projects can be used as part of enrichment, creative arts, wellbeing, digital learning, transition work or special events, and can be shaped around a class, year group, existing band or smaller targeted group. Pupils can take part through songwriting, live instruments, vocals, beat-making, electronic production, percussion and recording, with the emphasis on collaboration and creating something original together. Whether the goal is one finished song or a longer EP or album project, the experience is designed to be practical, engaging and memorable.

Our work with schools is supported by experience in both education and music. Made Together Music’s founder has a background in Primary Education with Child Psychology, alongside experience planning and delivering learning activities in English, maths, ICT, art and music, as well as accredited programmes. This is combined with practical experience in music production, live performance and recording. As a result, projects can be structured around clear learning outcomes while still feeling creative and exciting, with activities adapted to suit different ages, confidence levels and levels of musical experience.
